Reflected on our 2007 aeromodelling failure. I think the main cause of our failure is our overdose of pride. We probably drank too much of it. We were overconfident, but were fed with humble pie when we saw their flying. Far better than us. They had the talent, the training, the tools, the experience. We had, some old engines, half past 6 tools, half past 6 training and our talents not really uncovered yet. What had we to compete with them with? Well our sportsmanship, and we never gave up. I still remembered a few teams had been asked by the circuit marshals if they wanted to give up or continue by the circuit marshals after they crashed, however i heard 1 unanimous response from them without hesitance. From here i commend The CHS aero team. WE will have to work harder this year end. There will always be people there to beat us. We have no experience, we have to get it. No tools, buy it. No training, find the time, no talent, work even harder. Success through a positive mental attitude, we can surely make it to the top. The more the sergeants look down on us, the harder we work, the more the sirs and mam's look down on us, the harder we train, the more the SYFC guys and other competitors look down on us, the more we prove them wrong. This year end, other aero teams will meet the toughest team they have ever met. This year end, we shall not fall. This year end we fly with grace. This year end, we check our pace.
